Happy Tuesday! UPDATE

Hello, last Thursday and Friday Gary went through testing to find out what they can do about removing his nafrostamy tube.  They think they can move the bladder up a bit and using part of the bladder construct a tube long enough to attach his left kidney back up to the bladder.  We hope this works.  He is not looking forward to another surgery but it is a better option than leaving the tube in and risking infection.  If they get in and find out that it will not work they have more things that they can do.  Each fix more complicated than the previous.  Gary now has 2 1/2 weeks until his surgery.  I just hope he will relax as much as possable until then.  I leave for Grand Junction tomorrow and will be back in plenty of time to get things together for his surgery.
