I got a pet for my birthday

I am an animal lover.  When I married Gary I had to give up my two Yourkies, Joey and Faith, because he was so allergic to their dander.  He has resisted any kind of animal, even outdoor ones.  But, for my birthday he wanted to get me a parakeet.  I was so suprised.  Well here is a picture of my bird.  I don't know shat to name him.  I'm trying to teach him to talk.  I have to be patient and persistent and he should learn.  He has sat by me all day and watched me in between naps.
